We loved the location of this hotel, it was so close to the ski lift! The staff was warm and extremely helpful, taking care of every detail including ski rentals, parking, and even providing a ski locker with boot warming. The mattress was excellent, and the shower was great with good lighting. The overall decor was lovely and the breakfast was ample and varied.
For everyone considering a stay, we highly recommend this hotel.

We loved the proximity of the hotel to the Spinale gondola, which made it easy for us to access the slopes. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the staff were extremely helpful, especially with ski rentals, parking, and ski locker arrangement. Delicious breakfast with ample choices and the hotel's facilities, lighting, decor, and mattress were excellent.
Nothing that we didn't like.

The hotel's location is very convenient for skiers, as the Spinale gondola is just a stone's throw away. the rooms are clean and well, equipped, with comfortable beds and well, maintained bathrooms. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast buffet and top, notch menu and dinner service every night, courtesy of the professional staff. the hotel also offers fantastic facilities, such as a ski storage room and an indoor swimming pool.
The hotel's wait staff could use some improvement in their service, such as filling up wine glasses more frequently and providing more options for children during gala events.

We had a wonderful Easter break in the mountains. the hotel was conveniently located close to the ski lifts and had a fantastic view of the village from our balcony. the breakfast buffet was delicious with a great selection of pastries and hot dishes.
The WiFi was spotty and slow at times, which made it difficult to check emails and stay connected. the staff could have been more attentive during mealtimes, often leaving us waiting for drinks or the next course.

Superb dinners and breakfasts with a good choice of food and wine. Very clean and well-equipped rooms with lovely views. Friendly and helpful staff who made us feel welcome and at home. Half board with a nice selection of food and wine. Nice view from the room and clean and comfortable accommodations. Friendly staff who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.
Thin walls which made it difficult to sleep when noisy children were in the neighboring room. The ski room was extremely warm and uncomfortable for getting ready to go skiing.
